Personal History		Born of a Hawaiian mother and English father, Kal and his sisters spent most of their lives back and forth on the islands and in London. His father encouraged him to a sensible career, his mother towards music and following his dreams. Athletic from a very young age, having learned several marshal arts and full of energy, he has participated in the Silver Surfer national championship 3 times in his life now, only making it to 14th place. He intends to keep going until he wins. He passed through the academy, security naturally appealing to his skillset and got his first commission as Ensign on the USS Monroe much to his fathers amusement. His mother insisted it was the elements in harmony and meant to be. He spent a year there before a transfer opportunity to the USS Athena came up.
