Writing style

Hi all,

A recent discussion made me realize that I forgot to put in the style guidelines as part of my rules. These are now on the rules page and in the LCARS wiki. As we all have had different siming experiences, I wanted to put these out there to make it easier for us to post in a similar manner and minimize any confusion or frustration.
